INTRODUCTION: The cortico-cavernous fistula is uncommon and uncommonly uncommon. A characterized by an abnormal vascular connection between the internal or external carotid arteries venous channels of cavernous sinus. If left untreated, it might cause additional complications such as intracerebral hematoma, subarachnoid hemorrhage, epistaxis, otorrhagia. Secondary glaucoma.CASE PRESENTATION: interventional radiology unit tertiary care hospital in Wardha received admission a 22-year-old man. He arrived complaining 15-day-old facial nasal bone injury, which had him with suitable eye redness, pain, edema addition to headache. Additionally, he was traumatized vehicle accident. There no history hematemesis, nausea, vomiting. cold, cough, concussion. Such illnesses diabetes mellitus, hypertension, T.B., asthma were absent. physical examination. Save for eye, other characteristics are typical. Redness swelling seen right eye. Above conjunctiva, thick, red blood vessel. S1 S2 noises usual. On abdomen, there scars enlargements.THERAPEUTIC MANAGEMENT: patient admitted therapy fistula. Vital readings patient, like pressure, 120/80. measurements 37 °C temperature, 75 b/m pulse, 15 respiration rate. After patient's accident-related medical obtained, evaluation condition, work, C.T. Scan, MRI, X-ray, E.C.G evaluated. antibiotics, antiplatelet medications, antiemetics, antacids, analgesics. drugs, painkillers. has been advised undergo embolization surgery.
